About American House Builders
Locally operated, fully licensed, bonded, and insured — serving the Western North Carolina mountains with pride.
Our Story
American House Builders was founded on a simple belief: mountain property owners deserve a contractor they can trust. We bring decades of hands-on experience to every project — from land clearing and septic installation to property care and concierge services.
Based in the heart of Western North Carolina, we understand the unique demands of mountain terrain. Our team is equipped with the right machinery and the right expertise to handle any job, large or small.
We are proud to serve the communities of Franklin, Highlands, and Cashiers — and the surrounding areas that make this region so special.
